At Thag First, we stand on quality and mindset. Every order is made specifically for you, so we keep our process clear and fair.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
β Eligible for Return / Replacement
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a printing/manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
β Not Eligible for Return
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- General wear or use

Return addresses vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
If your return is approved, we will send:
